Benchmark has wonderful people working there. I am new to Raleigh, called several places to find what I was looking for and they were on another level of helpfulness. I was looking for a speedometer calibration, which they don't offer (like most places) - BUT they guided me to the right place instead of just saying NO! Highly recommend them based on the way they communicate and help!
I usually try and fix my own car so this was kinda different bringing it to a shop, i was wondering if they’d try and up sell anything but boy was I pleasantly surprised. They came to a similar consensus and replaced my spark plugs for 500 bucks total. They definitely knew what they were talking about and it was CRAZY fast, like next day. Totally feel like I trust em
I brought my vehicle for a routine oil change, but i also asked them to check a short in my brake light. Oil change was fine. They said nothing was wrong with my brake light and it went out less than a week after my appointment. They also didn’t refill my windshield-washer fluid, which i thought was standard. I won’t take my vehicle back. Service: Oil change
