While completing my inspection, damaged car audio RCA cables in glove box and failed to claim responsibility despite the car being dropped off with no audio issues and leaving with a high pitched buzz on the front left door speaker. Additionally, I later found out that my oil change was completed incorrectly and the drain plug was reinserted wrong, leading to a damaged oil drain pan.
