Although I never want to spend money on a vehicle repair, Carfix will make sure you are back up and running in a very timely manner. Vehicles being down is bad for business, so Carfix is who I trust to keep my fleet up and running.

I was given this address to have my car inspected. I entered into the building and was met by some sandy blonde lady putting on her shade. She said do you have an appointment, I replied no I don't I was aware that I needed one. She then asked would you like to make an appointment? I said I just drove over an hour at a recommendation to this location. She then stated are you in the right place, from the look that was in her face. I QUICKLY replied OBVIOUSLY NOT.. It was not a hearty welcome at all, you shouldn't make anyone feel like that. Then point across the street and said maybe you were looking for that place. She doesn't deserve to be the face of that business, I honestly do not know her nor this particular business. But perhaps maybe she'll respect a complete stranger the next time. Or she may need a reality check by other's boycotting, raising awareness of the treatment that was received. Reports to BBB social media awareness and like. TO NOT TREAT PEOPLE POORLY UPON ENTERING T

The customer service alone will have me return. My mechanic moves from Raleigh to Dunn and I’ve been looking for a local replacement. Went to car fix on a whim in the way home 3 minutes after 5:00 (closing time) Fromt desk gentleman helped me out and smart me up an appointment next day. Despairs we’re done and the customer service continued to impress. I don’t write reviews and that fact that I did says a lot in itself. Bravo Service: Battery
