Tuffy Tire & Auto Service Center - Huntersville

I’ve been looking for a reliable shop to take my car to when I don’t have time to work on it myself. I had a great experience at Tuffy. Lara thoroughly explained everything they were doing, the prices, and how long it would take. They were fast and the cost was reasonable. The staff here are all very knowledgeable, and nice! After talking to Lara to get an appointment set up, (very quick, easy, and pleasant conversation) I not only knew every single problem with my vehicle but was provided pictures (printed as well as sent through a link) and a solution to every issue. This shop is thorough and honest. I feel safer knowing I can take my vehicle here and they will do everything they can to get me safely back on the road!
