I have been coming to AAA for about 10 years now. THIS location in Huntersville is by far my favorite! All of the employees are friendly, helpful, professional, and positive. I went in a few months ago for my first oil change. The man who assisted me handed me a list of “packages” to select from implying that these were the 3 options of services listed (no price included). I selected the base assuming it was the quote I had called about prior to coming. I go to check out and my total is $30 more than what I was quoted upon arrival. Turns out the package list were optional add ons that were not required (which is partially my fault for not Clarifying) but the mechanic was very deceitful and it instantly became a sales pitch. I was dissatisfied with the customer service so I contacted the manager to tell them the mechanics need to make it clear that the tiers for service were add ons and not required. He kindly gave me a free oil change. I returned yesterday for that free oil change. I had a mechanic follow through with me after my car was completed. He told me my antifreeze levels were below the minimal line, and it needed to be flushed. He then quoted me a

Don't buy a battery from AAA when the guy come out and replaced my battery 2015 of December I was told my battery was a 7 year warranty battery. My battery went bad November 25 2020 called the Customer Service to report my battery was bad I had to get a jump start, the lady told me my battery is a 7 years warranty to take it to the care center in Huntersville, the guy told me my battery was 3years warranty and 3 years replacement where I would have to pay a pro rated fee for another one. Which would've cost me $127.00, I paid $149.00 for the battery so how is that pro rated. I told the guy at Auto Zone he said never buy a battery from AAA that I wasn't the only one who said that. He even said AAA just takes your money yes they did get over on me. I went to Auto Zone. AAA don't even deserve one star that is sad how they lied. Taking that one star back cause they're not professional company at all. Couldn't take the star they don't deserve it????
