My Grandmother used A&B automotive for years and referred me to them. For the first year I used them starting in 2019 I was really impressed and happy with the service even though they are more on the expensive side. Recently in the last year or so they have a new younger guy who runs the front along with Jeremy and ever since they put him up there I have lost trust for this place. He is very un professional and rude and has them closing earlier then usual. They finished my car up from having it the whole day to do an oil change, change two tires and an alignment at 3:15 p.m and told me they are closing at 4:00 p.m. every website says they are open 8:00-5:00 and I have had a days work done before where I had to pick up before 5:00. Considering I have to have somebody drive me to pick up my car this is & was extremity inconvenient and stressful. I also paid $600 in a previous service to fix my power steering. Me and my family have been taking our vehicles to Mike for years never had a problem always polite and never takes advantage of anyone , My job takes vehicles here also, never been ripped off or over charged for work I have a 2014 Bmw they do my oil changes and everything on never paid over $120 for an oil change in it. I also have 2 charger that have had work done always a fair price and they let you know UPFRONT how much everything will be so your Not surprised!
