The young lady at the desk was sweet and professional with a great customer service attitude. ( A lost art) . The oil change service took a little longer than expected!
Always a pleasure.. I love that I can always get a convenient maintenance and service appointment. The location is super easy to locate. The staff is always very friendly. The location is very clean and has lots of snacks and drinks available. The waiting area is cozy and well maintained.. the women’s restroom was clean and well stocked as well. The estimate for my oil change was about 30 minutes off and they left a pretty good wrench (per my boyfriend who found it) under my hood. That’s a win for me Thank you guys
Took my son in to get his 1st scheduled service for his CX5. My servicer was great and they were fast. Sorry I can't remember his name.
