Bert and his staff are very professional and accommodating. My wife went in for an inspection towards the end of a rainy day and they took care of the inspection very quickly. We have also brought our BMW and other vehicles for repairs and always had excellent results!
First time visiting Auto Specialties of Lake Norman. I called in and asked about waiting time for an inspection, Jay let me know over the phone no waiting time. I came in ,very clean space in the waiting area. Jay was very friendly , I would recommend and use Auto Specialties of Lake Norman.
I always use Auto Specialties for all of my annual NC vehicle inspections. They don't require appointments for inspections and are always quick and easy to deal with. Their waiting room is nice and comfortable and they have a TV which helps pass the time while I wait. Definitely recommend using them for your automotive needs.
