I’ve taken my Mercedes to EuroEnvy twice now for routine maintenance/general inspection for anything due. Both times they’ve been so easy to work with from scheduling to drop off to pick up. Their pricing was more than fair and communication was great. Trying to get in with the dealership is a special kind of hell that involves no loaners being available and them wanting you to leave your car for 3-4 days with no set timeframe. Whenever I drive by this business I would always see older and newer model BMW park up outside. Seeing that gave me the outmost confidence in them feeling that they would have a lot of experience dealing with any problems that BMWs have to offer, boy I was wrong… These people have no experience at all when it comes to fixing bmws it’s nothing but a show! It’s all about money. I believe that they are really trying to be an actual BMW dealer heavily overpriced for no reason. They have no knowledge or experience at all when it comes to bmws. These people told me that because my car is a 2010 BMW it doesn’t possess the technology that allows the mechanics to hook it up to the computer for a reading.The lady there told me that I would have to pay $3000 dollars for them to work on 1 thing, and then another $6000 to see if that one problem fix the check engine light problem.
