As with other visits to Concord Auto Service, they where professional and efficient with the job asked of them. The suggestion for other work needed where concise and on point! Service: Vehicle Inspection
Arrived on a Tuesday at 8am (did not have an appointment) for a state inspection and was told the inspector was not in that day. Waste of time and would not recommend. Edit in response to the owner: First, I’m truly sorry for your loss. Had the mechanic indicated why the inspector was not there, I never would have posted a negative review. No explanation was provided and I left. Also, a little customer service goes a long way. I would gladly delete this review if you had not responded with a sarcastic tone.
