Briggs Collision

No unfortunately I didn’t even make it through the initial phone to inquire about an estimate. Ashley, who answered the front, was extremely rude and dismissive. I understand she has a lot of experience in her field and as she said I refused to accept her explanation, I was merely trying to convey what my insurance had told me. However she refused to accept what I was trying to say and became very defensive and dismissive. I called and asked to speak to the owner and she was again rude and dismissive and unapologetic for making a potential customer feel unwelcomed at their business. I work in customer service and would never talk to a potential client/customer that way. Hopefully this was just a bad day for her but I have a feeling this is her attitude. Good luck!

I had never heard of Briggs Collision until my insurance company directed me to use them for body work.
