I visited jiffy lube located at 8315 W W.T. Harris Blvd Charlotte Nc. On 5/21/2023 I went for a standard oil change. The technician suggested that I get a coolant flush I informed him that I had recently had a coolant flush, he insisted so I said ok. Once my services were over I paid $248.41. On Saturday 06/03/2023 my street to over heat which it had never done before I received the service. I have never had any issues with my vehicle. I paid to have my car towed to my home. The next day i returned to the location and spoke with the technician he looked over my vehicle and stated that i need a new radiator. Again I have never had any car issues prior he told me to purchase my own radiator and that he stated the cost of repairs. I was visibly upset I left and paid to have my car towed to a trusted auto body shop where I paid $123.63 for a diagnostic the mechanic stated that my radiator was cracked from a malfunction from the coolant flush. I was quoted $754.34 for repairs which i didn’t
