TY for the same day service, fitting me in on an especially day. The plastic cover you removed a plastic cover under the hood which had torn and was dragging on the road as I was driving. It was very annoying and I didn't want it to cause any other problems .By leaving my car a few hours and being patient, I got a really good deal! My total charge for your time and labor was $0.00! TY once again! I'll be back for my oil change soon!

Chapel Hill Tire was easy to schedule with for multiple services on one day and they accommodated my schedule which changed twice before I could actually get my car in to the shop. On the day of they worked to accommodate the time by which I needed my car back. They also provided clear communication and estimates on services before completing them. Their customer service is phenomenal and every staff member I’ve interacted with has been so nice and helpful. They’re knowledgeable and completely professional. They offer transport if needed.
