Friendly, down to earth, and non-intimidating. Nice to be able to go some place where they work WITH you as opposed to places that act like you're an idiot. Maybe I am an idiot, but they didn't make me feel that way. Most of all trust-worthy.
Yeargan’s goes above and beyond! Highly recommended. I’ve always had top-notch service there, and they have even come to pick up my vehicle at my home, repair it, and return it back to me when done.
GREAT STAFF AND SERVICE! I needed a couple trim pieces installed on a VW Passat. The VW dealer (where I purchased the parts) said they couldn't get to it for a couple weeks. Two other auto repair places also said they couldn't help -- it was admittedly a small job, probably not worth it for them. I went to Yeargan's on a friend's recommendation and am very happy I did. Kenny said no problem and set up an appointment for the next morning. In the time it took to have a coffee across the street, they had the work completed. Excellent customer service -- thank you!
