I was pleased how my somewhat un-usual appearing warranty request was handled and honored regarding a tire failure. Autologic determined this was an unsafe driving condition and thus installed my spare tire. As ordering and installing a new replacement tire would have required more than a day, Autologic referred me to a tire service with a one-day turnaround service, which I appreciated. Thank you.
Where do I start. We have been fans of Auto Logic for over 30 years. They have excellent service, treat you with respect, are accommodating when you need it, and explain something you didn’t know about your car and any issue so you can be educated. Love them
Auto Logic is and always has been the best--not just the best auto shop in Carrboro, NC, but the best one I have ever dealt with in my 52 years of driving. Always helpful, transparent about costs and service, and with exceptionally skilled mechanics. And if something is done quite right (which almost never happens), they'll make it right. Kudos!
