Fussell Tire

One of my tires were ripped and I needed something asap! I saw their page on Google and decided to give it a shot. I have never been to a tire shop that bad such amazing customer service until now. Literal life savers for such a low cost. Highly recommend to everyone!!

Very good customer service. Stopped at Fussell Tire this morning to get a flat fixed. They started work on it right away. 20 min later my tire was fixed, I paid a fair price! Will come back always I need!

I purchased a set of high tread used tires here and the install process was quick and straightforward. They didn’t have my exact tires, but did have another set that would fit. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes and the staff was friendly. Three weeks after purchase, I experienced a big blowout while driving on the highway. I returned to Fussell the next day they were open and asked if there was anything they could do, but was told that used tires have no warranty (to be fair, this was on the paperwork I received when I made the purchase). This might just be the nature of buying used tires, but I expected the product to last longer than 3 weeks and a few hundred miles. This experience left a bad impression on me, so I’ll have the blown out tire replaced elsewhere and likely will not return to Fussell.
