Walmart Auto Care Centers

DO NOT COME HERE. I came in and asked for 4 tires. They said, “Okay, you got 2 oil changes ahead of your car and we will bring it in and put your tires on”….Then about 7-8 cars later, I asked about my car and they stated that oil changes are separate from Tires and one doesn’t have anything to do with the other. I’m like…”Okay… well are they going to pull mine in since there is no cars getting tires??” I then had to wait for another 30 minutes before they pulled it in. Then the guy they had changing the tires was the slowest person I have ever seen work. He would do about 1 tire every 20 minutes. I’ve never seen anything like it. I used to mount and balance tires for a living and this is ridiculous. I will NOT be coming back. Service: Auto tire replacement

Catching a flat can definitely be an inconvenience. I purchased all 4 of my tires with a warranty from Walmart last year, I went to one Walmart and they were out of my tire size. I called another one and their location was also out of my size tire. I called the Southaven location and they were in stock. The service was fast for the amount of people who were ahead of me. The only disappointing encounter I faced was the lady who yelled at me about my children playing on the bikes that were already laying on the needed to be mopped floor. It’s not what you say it’s how you say it, I guess customer service isn’t being taught anymore. However, my service experience was good.

Never had any issues until today. Took my car in for an oil change yesterday around lunchtime. I never received notification that my car was finished. I called last night an hour before close to see if it was done and no one answered. I went back up to the auto center to see if someone could check me out and they had closed up shop early. I went back up there today to get my car, and they couldn’t find my keys for about 30 mins. I went out to my car after paying and the entire driver seat was covered in grease. I had to drive home with paper towels on the steering wheel to keep from getting it on my hands. I have never had any issues with this auto center, but today was enough to not go back. Complete lack of respect or work ethic from the employees.
