I was trying to get tires mounted and balanced on a 2021 limited longhorn edition ram 3500 dually they don’t have equipment to do
I was so impressed. I went in as a walk-in on a rather busy day, and Derrick made it his priority to get me in and out as quickly as possible. I had already spoken with several other shops, and they were on a 2 hr delay. As a result of his extra effort, I was able to make it to my vacation on time.
Went in for a tire/rim installation and was told it would take 2 hours but ended up taking 9 hours. They broke 4 of the 5 tpms sensors and agreed to replace but here we are 3 weeks later and giving me the run around over and over, I can't even get them to answer my call.
