Discount Tire

Went out of their way to do a tire balance and rotation, got us in within 15 mins and were done in 45 mins. Didn't charge us even though we got the tires at a different company. Been going to discount tire my entire life and was trying to save a couple bucks with a competitor. A mistake I'll never make again because Discount Tires service can't be matched. I'll only be doing business with Discount Tire. Learned my lesson.

My tire pressure light came on when I was heading in to work, so I stopped at Discount Tire for a free air check. They noticed that I had a bolt in my tire and were able to fix it within 20 minutes (luckily they had just opened and weren't very busy). They were so friendly and accommodating. I've used the free air a few times when my tires get low from weather getting cold and they're always super nice.

My tires were in bad condition and needed to get new ones today as I'm driving 5 hours. I went to different places and they were already booked. I went to the discount tires in apple valley and the person didn't even say a word to us. We left and I called the the discount tires in Eagan. Nate was great, he told me we can get them done now and they did. Everyone was very friendly. Thank you Nate
