Dear Caliber Collision team, Thank you for the amazing job you did fixing our vehicle! This truly was above and beyond job, beginning with friendliness at the front desk and keeping us in the loop every step of the repair. The job was complete on time, as promised. The damaged side (now fixed) looks even better than before. Even the other few unrelated spots were touched up with paint. On top of all this, the vehicle was properly detailed inside, and even the carpet mats look new now. Thank you all, Caliber team!
It a strange turn of events I had my first 2 accidents with 2 different vehicles I owned. Caliber was very easy to work with. I got a couple updates throughout the process of both vehicles and when it was returned I was satisfied with how they looked. One issue with my car still persisted afterwards and I called them and they got it in and immediately rectified the situation. Over all happy with how they handled both my vehicles.
