Tires Plus

If I could give a zero I would. They changed my breaks in January. I brought my car in 3 different times to fix my breaks because they sqeaked. They never fixed the noise. Then proceeded to say if they changed my breaks I would lose my warranty. I went to a different tires plus. They fixed the problem and I kept my warranty. Run away from this place. Service: Brake service & repair

I was out of town and stopped by this location on 4/14/23 to ask if someone could check the air in my tires as my low pressure light was on. I am a tires plus customer. The guy working the front desk told me I could leave the car and he might get to it in the next 2 days...I explained I was on my way home which is a 2 hour drive and wanted to make sure I wasn't going to blow a tire on the freeway and just needed someone to test the pressure and he refused to help at all. The auto place across the street took 2 minutes to check the pressure and told me it was safe for me to drive home. Do better tires plus guy

Correction: The individual who helped me yesterday was not a manager. A manager named Gabe called me today and solved the issue. I’m glad Tire Plus understands and apologizes for the way I was treated in their store. One negative experience from one person does not reflect the whole franchise. Service: Tires
