My time at Firestone Eagan was by far the best experience I've had at an autoshop. They're educated, efficient, and provide the best customer service I've had in a long time. James is provided great customer care and was very honest with me the whole time I was there. They made a lifelong customer.

I hady car aligned. When they got done I asked the service writer if the tech tightened my camber arms he went and asked the tech. I had left them loose for him to be able to adjust easily. The tech said he tightened them. A month later I check. Wooooow. Safety concern? Poor quality workmanship? More? Absolutely. I give the two stars because the service writer was a pro. Will I take another vehicle there? No. Will I recommend anyone else does? Not ever. This type of stuff is what gives quity technicians who take pride in their work a bad rap
