Been to this location 3 times each time was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. Had to go there for 3 safety recalls and software update for the new security feature. During one of the service times I was there had them replace the transmission fluid at 60,000 miles. Being a automotive tech myself (retired), and a military retiree/disabled veteran as well. Can't do much of the work on my vehicles anymore as my back and legs are shot due to service and past work in garages. One thing I will say these new transmissions are going self-contained meaning no dip stick to check your fluid level nor fluid condition bad move in my professional opinion. And there is no such thing as "lifetime fluid" in the transmission or gear case (if you have All-Wheel-Drive). In the past transmission fluid was changed normally at 50,000 miles. To note it is recommended by Hyundai to replace your gear box oil at 70,000 miles (with AWD vehicles). The transmission fluid change is normally $400 and change,
