I was treated well. They always do a good job with my regular oil changes. I’d recommend them.
John and the people at Meinke took care of me and my car!! They were super sweet, fun to interact with, and I feel like they were super professional. I 10/10 would recommend them.
I have been to this shop three times for oil changes. Twice they have not replaced the oil filter correctly causing an oil pressure issue. The first time they said it would cost $2000 to fix it. Then realized it was just a part in the filter that was not replaced. I don’t trust them and will not return. UPDATE: They also told me that I had an oil leak in one of the oil lines for a turbo, and that they would both need to be replaced for $3500. When I went to a different shop they took the time to degreaser the engine compartment and found that it was NOT the turbo but a valve cover gasket. Total fix $650. I wouldn’t trust this shop as far as I could throw it.
