From the minute I called Walser Mazda Burnsville Service, till the minute I drove my car away after service, the entire staff was outstanding and had the most courteous service I've seen in a long time. This applied to other staff as well that I heard speaking to other customers. I'm a middle aged female, and I was super nervous as I'd never taken a car in for service on my own before. Mike made me instantly feel at ease and was super helpful answering any questions I had. I also loved how they sent a vehicle service video to my phone while I was waiting, so I could see what was being done to my car. Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Oil change
