I've taken 3 vehicles to Sundberg for multiple repairs and regular maintenance. I have always gotten great service, they never push for things that aren't needed, but they absolutely will tell you if something needs to get done. One of my earlier visits was with my Buick Century I had bought from a family member of my mother's boyfriend. I brought it in for an oil change. While I was finishing up, they pointed out that I needed new tires, because there was dry rot on the inside wall and they were bulging (the car had sat in a garage for years without being driven). They didn't push me to purchase from them and have them installed, it was literally just a "hey, for your safety you need to do this, and soon!" I just had my transmission rebuilt on my Buick Regal. They gave me everything I needed to help me fight my warranty company that was trying to deny my claim.
