I was also pleasantly surprised with how quickly my Jeep was repaired. I was back on the road in one day and was provided a free loaner for the short time that they had my vehicle. 5 stars all the way!! I had a slow leak in one of my tires . Sterling Car Care found the problem & patched the tire. They‘re efficient in their service and I trust them in their workmanship. I’ve been a customer for over 15 years & highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.

Don't waste your money here. I just needed one part of my car looked at. I told the guy at the desk what was wrong-it was an obvious issue needing repair. They give you the runaround and claim everyone gets a courtesy inspection and yet then charge you $150 for an inspection that's not even applied to labor.... The guy I worked with was extremely cocky and I decided to not continue business since I felt they ripped me off and I left. Their estimates on repairs (even minor things) were outrageous as well. I was contacted AFTER I had already left and then told me I could get a better rate if I returned. Sadly, you already lost my trust just by letting me walk out and not caring then. I got the job completed elsewhere with quicker service, a far better rate, an actual FREE estimate/inspection and a warranty on top of that. You guys couldn't even provide that. All you gave me was a complete waste of my time and money.
