I went for a oil change and they said 2 to 3 hours wait time or make appointment. If you're looking to get quick oil change go somewhere else not at Car Fix. Sales Rep,. are not friendly and will try to get you to fix your car even though you don't need repairs. Make sure to get written estimate before you do any repairs to your car at this place. Car Fix repair COST is is very HIGH. Please shop around before you have your car fix at any CAR FIX location. I promise you you will find better service and will save MONEY on your repair COST somewhere else. If you need oil change go to WALMART for full synthetic oil change with full service only $52.99. Why wait 2 to 3 hours for oil change at CAR FIX? On top of that you have to deal with rude and bias sales Rep,. I waited there and watched customer walk-in for oil change after me and they didn't have appointment. I HAVE testimony from the customer and I have video footage of that customer walking in for oil change. NO THANK YOU to Car Fix.

This place has on more than one occasion been my saving grace. They are so friendly. Definitely a car shop all women should go too because they will NOT rake advantage of you. They are honest, respectable, friendly, helpful and did i mention honest?? 120% would i recommend this place to any female friend or family member. The only auto shop I will ever go to again! I've gone to Car Fix Troy a few times to diagnose issues on my vehicle. Their team is prompt, knowledgeable and thorough with their recommendations. Pricing is fair in relation to other shops in the area. Highly recommend!
