They were very honest and helpful. The girl was nice as well as the guy who fixed my car. He let me know it would take a little bit to get the part. He also understand I only had $200 on me and had my boss pay the remainder $53 with a credit card over the phone. They went above and beyond for me. As a single mom just trying to survive it was much appreciated.

They never reinstalled the bracket that holds the wire loom in place and front mounting holes for the engine cover. Missing the small heat shield above the front O2 sensor, unplugged wires, and twisted 02 sensor installs. I was going to give 4 stars because this is warranty work they did for free, but after seeing all of this, I'm livid. They installed the timing belt two teeth off the front cylinder bank, and 4 miles after I picked it up, I drove it back because of a check engine light, they did not catch the problem. A year later and hundreds of dollars in coils and injectors trying to find the problem, a friend's shop found the messed up timing issue and midas took it back immediately for the free warranty repair. I appreciated all of that until I couldn't even reinstall the engine cover and found so many loose connections, stripped out air boot clamps, and just lazy work to put it back together. The tech said he would look for the missing brackets and call me back. I know some mech
