Firestone Complete Auto Care

I took my F-150 to have spark plugs replaced. A few days later I checked under my hood and they didn't replace my engine cover. I told the clerk what happened and he went in the service area to look for the cover. He returned and told me that the person that worked on my truck would call me. He never did call me back and its been over a month now. I feel uneasy driving it like that. I feel that they should find it or replace it. The clerk is very nice and I do not like to complain. I believe the young man's name was Ken that waited on me. He was helpful and friendly. Also, Jamie was amazing. Dealing with the situation on my behalf. Truly a professional and very personable. My experience was absolutely satisfying.

The best car experience I’ve ever had! Jamie the manager was amazing, give that woman a raise TODAY! They got me in and out super fast and took care of my needs as far as issues with my Firestone credit card! I will come back to this Firestone fore sure just to deal with her customer service!
