Kenwood Auto Body - Bethesda

I just returned from Kenwood Auto Body on River Rd, and I couldn't be happier! The side of my car was side swiped and needed some care. Luigi was so good. My paint shines, and it looks like new. He was patient and is an expert at what he does. One can see he enjoys and takes pride in his work. When we were kids and had car accidents,my parents would take the cars to Kenwood Auto and the cars were always well taken care of. My repairs were completed 9 months ago, and I still reflect on the superior level of customer service I received from Luigi. Simply put, he sets the bar. He provided realistic expectations and then greatly exceeded them. He was communicative, transparent, sincere, and all around a pleasure to work with. And of course, the quality of their work is fantastic.
