Michael was extremely friendly and professional, made me feel very comfortable the entire time. I called in on a Thursday near the end of the day to get all of my brakes and rotors replaced while also getting an oil change + state inspection. Everything was taken care of by Saturday afternoon, he also let me keep the car there after hours as it was convenient for me at the time. I will definitely be coming back as a repeat customer. I am so thankful to the folks over at Pleasent Car Care. On the phone during my initial call, the person helping me was very attentive, helpful and reassuring. After having it towed to them, they ran a diagnostic on it and found that it was just a simple electric trick to get my car back running the way it was! They had promised to do the diagnostic for free & I would have gladly paid them for their time, however they assured me it was no hard task and were happy to help. I have nothing but great things to say about the service here. I was treated very respectfully & the next time my car needs some love, I'll be bringing it to pleasant car care!
