I went to Express Tire & Auto for an oil change and it turned out that I needed new rear brakes and tires. Darren was very transparent and took the time to show how worn out the brakes and tires were. Prices were reasonable and the service was exceptional. Such a relief to find an honest, friendly, organized mechanic close to Boston! I’ve had some awful experiences in the past and Express Tire in Watertown is a breath of fresh air. They’re upfront about wait times and even offer free loaner cars when needed. They send a detailed report right to your phone including pictures, videos, and cost estimates. More importantly, they aren’t pushy or sneaky about anything. Megan and Lisa are so knowledgeable and friendly. We were on vacation and had our van breakdown. They were so helpful and kind in a desperate time for us. They even loaned us a car so we could go sightseeing at no charge !
