Beginning to end, Arto went above & beyond. He took our call on Sunday and booked us in for an appointment first thing Monday morning. We got there, dropped my car off, got a coffee across the road and a haircut as well and by the time that was done he had finished fixing my break pads and serpentine belt at perfect timing. He gave a more than fair price and I couldn’t have been happier with the service. I’ll recommend everyone to go to Arto
I had to have my car unexpectedly towed to Artos by AAA after it broke down and wouldn’t start. I had never worked with him before and was anxious, but he put my mind completely at ease. The problem (my battery and alternator) was taken care of very quickly, and he was extremely communicative and professional. Although the initial quote was expensive, We were able to find a solution that worked for both of us.
I have used Arto as a mechanic a few times, and always have a good experience. He is an honest mechanic with a genuine and kind personality. I have an older vehicle that has some quirks, and unlike other mechanics in the area he has never tried to pad on any additional charges. Always a fast turnaround time. Highly recommend!
