Sullivan Tire & Auto Service

Work was done on July 3,2023. Had 9AM appt. to wait. Told, upon arrival, two people called out,would take all day. Had to Uber both ways. Work was fine,including alignment. Asked for flat tire warranty for delays ,(got car at 5:30PM. Said cannot do that as our Escalade is commercially registered and that warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles. Many choices in Watertown,Mass for tires. Gonna think long and hard before a return visit for any of our nine commercially registered company vehicles. Apologies are nice, but keeping customers happy, is what it's all about. I think the Sullivan family understands that, but customer service and store managers can only apologize.A sign of the times. Lack of help,still using COVID as a crutch is so 2021.Its 2023 and time to step up. If you change your mind as to how you want to treat me as a customer, you know how to contact me. Good luck.

Today I had an appointment at Sullivan Tires Watertown for 4 tires. I was greeted by Emmanuel Lewis, salesperson. He was very professional with my order, advising me on what was best for my car. The work was done on time and very well done. Thanks again Emmanuel for your kind assistance.

I needed 4 new tires and they were able to get them and put them on my car same day. Would recommend.
