Dana and Jesse were great to work with. They were very thorough and made sure that I was happy with the result. I did have to come back a second time, but Dana made sure to fit me in the tight schedule and made sure I was all set before my road trip. The best customer service I have experienced at a Monro.
Got my oil change done today. Everyone was extremely friendly and professional. Dana the manager was also great at getting me in and making sure my needs were met. And they are so clean and make sure everything was well disinfected and sanitized.
Called around for 3 diff quotes in area. Monro had the best deal. Went in for front pads and rear rotars and pads. Was called and told only needed rears; fronts were fine. Fast service; knowledgeable and most of all honest! Saved me over $300 compared to competitors in area. Highly recommend
