This car service center has some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced. All staff are extremely helpful and understanding, and are most importantly truthful about the work needed to be done on your car as well as options that best fit you and your budget. When i drive around today, my Audi exhaust falls down. This shop helps me fix this in one hour and a very reasonable price. I didn't expect i can drive my car home today,Meineke saves me. Wonderful workshop with very efficient work. I really appreciate that!
Not only is Meineke a great place but the employees are even better. I took my car there to get some parts replaced because I had been told by the dealership that they needed to be. When I took my car in, I was greeted by a man working in the front office who was friendly, polite, and very knowledgeable. He took my car for a test drive and checked all of the parts I was worried about only to find out that everything seemed perfectly fine. Instead of taking my money and replacing parts for no reason, he was kind enough to call me and let me know I did not need anything done and he would not be charging me for a diagnostic test either. He checked out my entire car for free and saved me $700+ in the process. Highly recommend this place as they are honest, thorough, and higher great employees! Service: Brakes
