Great experience there. The guys made sure my car was fixed correctly and quickly, and they let me know about some things I should get fixed soon without being pushy about getting it done right away. They've always been fair with me, and always make sure I feel comfortable with the work they're going to do before starting anything, so I feel I can trust them when they say I need something done.
The mechanics here are experienced, professional and kind. This shop is the real deal.
Terrible Customer Service! I recently purchased a car and the dealer had it inspected here. Well, I need a copy of the inspection report to submit to Uber, so I called them to ask if I could pick it up. My request was answered with a rude and annoyed “NO!”, without any information on how to retreive this document. Whoevet answered the phone was way too annoyed to handle my situation with any level of helpfulness. Treating people with this little care and respect is the quickest way to lose business
