Smooth Automotive

I've been going to Smooth Automotive for 5 years now. They're awesome!!! Brandon and Frank are very honest and will never recommend unnecessary services just to make money (like many other mechanics will). I also always feel comfortable coming here, which is important as a young woman. I don't feel condescended to, which also happens frequently. Always friendly, always affordable and efficient. This is how a mechanic shop should be run. They set an example for others!!! Highly recommend. Best shop around the Arlington/Medford area. Gentlemen working at the desk have fantastic knowledge and ability to articulate what's going on with your vehicle and how they can fix it. Clean inside both the reception area and the garage. This is my new go to for car related issues.

Best service I've ever seen at an auto shop, by far. Our trip was suddenly halted by a car-stopping issue. They were kind enough to take it in immediately despite being busy. They were very polite and respectful, had clear and punctual feedback on the issue, and had us back on the road in under a day with a fair-priced repair. Couldn't thank them enough!
