Best customer service! Outstanding! I had an appointment so I could wait, they were so busy, as I waited I saw that everyone that walked through the door (no matter the customer's mood) was treated with such kindness, care and attentiveness. Great job!

Unfortunately I had an awful experience here. This place is in my neighborhood and I will never go back. I had an appointment to put new tires scheduled and they gave me an estimate of two hours and it took them six. When I asked for a time estimate at three hours in the manager seemed upset that I asked for a tine estimate. They changed my tires but not my tire valves so the new tires deflated in the next week so I had to have new valves replaced. And, they tried to have me pay a higher price from what I had agreed on online when I booked the appointment.

They did a great job and were super communicative about my car. Much appreciated! Unfortunately updating my review :( while getting my tires patched they gave me a list of other things my car needed (control arms, tie rods, and ball joints). Then quoted me over 1000$ and they called me several times throughout the day lowering the price each time. When I told them I was going to get rid of this car soon they then asked how much I was selling it for. Long story short I brought it to my mechanic- control arms are fine, and I need one ball joint replaced and that’s it. He even took me under the car to show me what was wrong. I feel like they saw a woman and immediately thought they could price gauge me. If you need a tire repair, sure, but I wouldn’t recommend getting any other car work done here.
