My dad talked to a lady, there weren't notes taken about my car. Apparently it needed just a oil check. They changed it and they were fast and friendly. I just feel like they could communicate better with each other. Service: Oil change

RUN!!! The customer service inside will go well at first. But trust me if you have any issue at all it's your worse nightmare! The general manager Kevin is beyond disrespectful and unprofessional! I went inside to get a full inspection to see if I needed anything done to my car. I was told they would check the tires, top all fluids etc as well. I got a report that I needed FRONT pads and FRONT rotors. They replaced the REAR pads and REAR rotors that did not need to be replaced yet. Instead of offering a refund or a solution to fix the error. Nothing has been done. Once you pay they'll do whatever they want to your car in the back. So check to make sure all CORRECT services are rendered or you'll be out of hundreds. I advise you to go elsewhere. Not another location but another company! I provided documentation and still no help, never again! Services: General repairs & maintenance, Vehicle Inspection, Brakes, Auto maintenance

Engine light came on so I was freaking out. They put me at ease and gave me a piece of mind. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. Excellent service explained everything and informed me about preventative measures I could take as well. I was hooked on them when they did my turn up on the day of my son’s last soccer game. After I dropped my car off they texted me and said they hope he have a good game and when they was done they texted me and said see you after the game we hope he win. When I arrived after the game they even asked how was the game. I knew then I would never use anyone else but them if I needed anything. I love how I can schedule online and they are true to the appointment time. I’ve went to other places with an appointment and still have a long wait. Prices are fair and even have coupons. Everyone was so friendly as if I’ve known them for years. Service: Auto maintenance
