Jessica, the receptionist, and Mark —one of the head mechanics, gave us great service and they were very professional! We live out of town and our son (in school in Louisville) had a truck issue. They set up an appt for him within two days of the call, towed his truck from the university parking lot to their lot, and fixed the issue all in one day. What I appreciated the most of all was that Mark advised me to check with my insurance company and their policy of tow services because most full coverage policies covers a certain number of tows a year. And he was right! Our tow to his service station was covered and I would have never checked that out otherwise. We will use them in the future if needed!

Auto-Motion overcharged me by $100 the first time I went there. I went over the invoice prices correcting this issue with the cashier before giving them my credit card. Yet they still charge me too much just one second later. Thinking that could have been an accident I went in to get a brand new head and valves installed. It took them three months to repair my car. When I picked up the car (still in their parking lot) I could hear clanking inside the engine. So I drove directly to the Audi dealership and they informed me that Auto Motion installed a used head (when I asked for a new one), they also installed bent valves. Audi said that when the car was started for the first time it instantly destroyed the cams. Both incidents happened with the owners daughter as the cashier and the son as the mechanic. This shop was great to work with! Scott put in an upgraded clutch in my 2018 GTI. He was great a communicating with me on the job and got me in and out in just a couple days.
