The work on my vehicle has always been done professionally. The problem I run into with this location specifically is their appointments mean NOTHING. The first time I dropped my truck off for an appointment to rotate and balance and front end alignment I was told they were short staffed and too busy. Instead of informing me half way through the day so I could at least have my truck at some point it went all day and nothing happened. I was told I needed to reschedule so I did and they were able to get it taken care of the second time. 6 months later in for another appointment for rotation and balance. Same thing happens. Both times I was without my truck all day for it to just sit there. Both times I had to inconvenience a coworker to pick me up and drop me off so that my truck sat there with nothing done to it. I understand that there are staff shortages. But don’t over schedule as much as you do. I’m not trying to have a transmission rebuilt just a simple rotation and balance Service

Great job at replacing our tire on a Sunday when most other tire shops are closed. The gentleman working told us it would be a two hour wait and it was. We were happy to wait and watch the NFL game on the widescreen in the lobby. Thanks for being open on Sundays and having a clean and pleasant area where customers can wait. Firestone is a very honest and reliable place to get your car fixed. Firestone employees are very respectful on East Broadway. They have always returned my car looked at and fixed in the same day although they explain that they may have to keep it until the next day and in some cases they will if they are extremely busy.They have warranties and give you the entire and exact problem your having with your vehicle with a paper copy and via email also. Although they are a little pricey I would pay their price and have it fixed correctly, instead of the cheap route that's going to have you back in less than a week trying to fix the same problem they were already supposed to have fixed.
