Paul's Complete Auto is a top notched Auto Repair shop that has very experienced mechanics. The customer service is superior.
The guys at Paul's Complete Auto Care absolutely took care of me and my car. I went in to get a catalytic converter installed after a theft, and Paul thoroughly and thoughtfully explained to me all of my options. After I dropped the car off, Paul personally drove me home so I didn't have to walk 3+ miles to my house. Everyone there is friendly, honest, and professional. The shop is also extremely communicative. They kept me apprised of the status of my car throughout the entire process, which was surprisingly quick. The shop even saved me a little money by offering me some alternative options for the install. After picking up my car, it purred like a kitten with no issues whatsoever.
