Sallas Auto Repair

We recently brought our vehicle to Sallas for a routine oil change and tire rotation. John was genuine and kindly informed me of when they could complete the work as well as the shuttle options to be taken back home/work. They completed the work and also sent a very, thorough diagnosis of our entire vehicle's mechanical condition. Even though I don't usually write reviews, I thought our great experience was worth noting. Sallas Automotive definitely deserves a 5-star for their customer service! I've been taking my cars here for years. John and Ross are affable and trust-worthy. It's never fun to spend money on car maintenance/repairs, but I know they're looking out for me and I don't question their recommendations. I will always go to Sallas for service! My van wouldn't start due to starter issues. Had it towed to Sallas, they didn't call me until van was ready for pickup, a day later. Told me that I needed a new TIPM, and that they repaired some wiring in my door jam that I never even mentioned to them. My starter wasn't even looked at. Had to have a friend replace the starter. My TIPM had a loose connection that basically just needed re-tightened. They charged me $300. They didn't consult with me before doing repairs I didn't request! They gave advice on tipm when it just needed the connection tightened. Not sure that they even checked my starter, which is the reason I went. Never again.
