I was in need of a new battery in my 2019 Honda CRV. I called Midas on Metcalf & Louis got me in first thing! He did a courtesy inspection of my alternator while attending to my battery. I was concerned I was going to be up charged or duped, told that I indeed needed a new alternator but Louis was honest, customer-service oriented, and did all that was necessary without any bells and whistles to add cost I was in and out in under an hour at no excess cost. Louis and his team are the best! Squeezed me in on a Saturday, did a comprehensive overview of my Jeep, changed my oil and swapped out my battery and helped me avoid paying for a new braking system. Highly recommend, will definitely be coming back! Services: Electrical, Battery, Oil change
