Louis helped set up my appointment to get in and was very friendly and accommodating of my schedule. Once in the store, Chris was very professional and actually recommended a fix for my AC unit which was not the reason I was here. All told, I've found a new shop to call home. I won't be going elsewhere for any service on my vehicle!!! Hats off and thumbs up to this management staff and crew!! Professional experience all the way!!
I was in Kansas City for a work conference when my catalytic converter got stolen. I called Midas on Metcalf Ave and Chris got me in that same morning and fixed my car within a few hours so that I could drive back to Des Moines for another appointment! Customer service was amazing and I really appreciated the timely help.
Midas has been amazing to work with! We ran into unexpected, and expensive car issues, Louis the store manager made sure we knew all our options to make sure we got the best deal. He went above and beyond to make sure we had options within our budget.
