Doug, who used to work here, made this location. He works off 135th and Stateline now. Go there. He's significanly more personalble than the person running the 79th street location now.
I've been going to Firestone for over a year now for my issues. Every time I've gone, Doug has been the guy who's helped me and has been amazingly helpful and friendly. I know sometimes chain auto repair shops can get a bad reputation, but this one does a good job and as long as I live around here, I'll keep going to them.
I took my car to them to see why my battery kept draining. They said they didn’t know what was wrong but they did get it running again. As soon as I shut my car off, within 10 mins it would start it. Months later, I found out it was the alternator. If something is draining my battery, did they not think it could possibly be my alternator? Or did they just want me to call back, spend more money for them to check & just jump my battery again? A brand new battery at that!
