I plan to go back to this automotive repair facility. They were quick to respond, professional at all times, and worked with me to find the right solution within my budget. It was also nice that they could do the brake repair within the same day and had a courtesy driver to get me to and from their facility.
I’ve been taking my vehicles to Burnett for several years now for routine maintenance. My vehicles are 9 and 15 years old. Burnett always lets me know, in an unpressured way, of what additional maintenance I should consider. Their technicians have been thorough in making sure everything is running properly. I travel across the country quite a bit and have never had an issue with my cars. I’ve purchased tires from them, too. Without hesitation, I recommend Burnett Automotive. We were traveling through from out of state and got a nail in our tire, they were booked but they were able to squeeze us in. Great service, highly recommend.
