They rescued me immediately from a dead battery on a very cold morning. I could.not have found better service anywhere. I am very appreciative of their time and skills.
I wish I had more stars, I’d give Burnett six. I had an oil-light come on while traveling (with 11 hours ahead). Burnett was recommended to me locally and they were fantastic. They got me turned around in just a few hours of work on my Saab, and I was safely back on the road. Thank you Ryan Burnett! You and your staff are awesome.
I’m not going to go into a story about what needed repaired on my vehicle. What I will say is that I went to 3 places that couldn’t fix my problem, and 1 that quoted be $350 for the repair. I called Burnett and they said it was a simple fix. Car was repaired the next day for less than $100. Won’t be taking my car anywhere else. It felt refreshing to know I was working with people that were there to help and not screw me out of money.
