Used to come here when they were NTB. They beat the price of two other competitors I called for four tires by $200. Very friendly and got it done quick. Will be back!
I checked with three local auto service companies in Overland Park area and Big O had the best price by a couple hundred dollars for front and rear brakes (pads and rotors). One thing that I appreciated was not only did they get it done during the same day as promised, but they didn’t try and upsell us on a bunch of other service. I recommend them and will use them again.
Very honest genuine employees at this location. Always have a really good experience and that isn't typical in most industries with society as it is today ;). Highly recommend this location for vehicle service or tires.
